Speaking of toast, I think my appreciation of peanut butter has increased tenfold, and I was very happy to find natural peanut butter yesterday. It's the kind that contains nothing but peanuts and keeps separating.

Oh, I've read about grassfed beef. Its supposedly better for health and tastes better too.

So many stabbings here and there, which makes me worried. Most recently the POMO one. Selegie is like near where me and
study/work.Just a week ago there was a robbery case a block away from where we live. Poor lady going to work in the morning, got stabbed first, then robbed. Only found out because somebody put up photocopies of that ST article up on the lobby boards.

i wonder about workers from Sarawak...last time, we have problems, mostly from their employers who cheat them...
some poor sap came up and we realised he had technically overstayed for 390+ days!
he was stunned because he said that he never left the compound of his workplace and this was the first time he was taking home leave.. he trusted his employer to send wages home to his family and ate at the dorm canteen, never spent a cent...
seems that his bloody employer got him, and two weeks later promptly cancelled his work permit while he stayed on to work.. the employer didn't pay the levy for over a year...
we got our guys to go talk to the employer.. i think the employer got the book and then some thrown at him by the law

i love the one from waitrose - someone "imported" it for me recently but sadly, it's finished now.i feel like giving almond butter a go.

I think the peanut and jam/jelly is an american thing. Can't find it in the normal supermarkets in Oz.... I used to have it when I was young... and I usually had the jam only.
What is in the peanut butter that gives you sore throat?
