Hey, I totally enjoyed my gluttony phase and still indulge occasionally. But what's important to me now is having healthy cholesterol , blood pressure, and fasting glucose, as well as looking good naked.![]()

that's exactly how people claim that their metabolism is damaged because they can't lose weight despite eating healthy and exercising. they have no awareness of their real intake.
when you find the one, looking good naked would cease to matter cos she'd love how you look regardless .... even with the lights on ....
and more importantly, so would you, her too ....

Looking good naked matters to ME. When I look good, I feel good.
And its a good marker for overall health, assuming you didn't use drugs to get there. All that translates into a better quality of life.

working out travelling itinerary is not an easy task, especially comes to hotel bookings...zzzzzzzzzz... .

hanabi is good...
heard from my fren tat kushin bo at great world city has is abit more expensive but have some "king crab/mud crab/orwatever crab thingy" and a few more items...

i found a great way to eat cherry tomatoes..
poke a few tiny holes in the tomatoes, drizzle with EVOO and black pepper...
put in the oven for 5 mins... throw the tomatoes in my salad and eat with my veggies :)
i recently discovered a new salad dressing - hummus! using it is great since i get to have my fix of nutrients from chick peas

i like italian dressing.
usually i just sprinkle a little bit for the taste and take the vege ...
i can eat it raw, but a bit tasteless after a while ..
