  Filial piety is enforced through lots of policies, like the one about getting a flat near your parents' home. There's even that act which your parents can invoke in order to get allowance from you. 

  On the lighter side, contrast that with the nonsense from Khaw Boon Wan about keeping elderly parents in JB nursing homes.

  put it in the sun for a while.. maybe about half an hour...

  it should warm its body up to good enough temperature to digest its food and it'll eat...
