Ya and instead of being lazy I am scrubbing more often and using facial masks.
Haha. I still find putting on a mask a chore but the scrubbing part is very enjoyable
Btw there have a new ‘flavour’ there called ‘Marine’ Not smelt it yet but I think it smells good
Lots of trees have fallen all over the island this morning, causing massive traffic chaos!

Don’t worry la, terrapins don’t’ hibernate but they ….I forgot the word but anyway their metabolism will slow down and they become inactive.

cardiovascular > injury
kinda got used exercising to the point where my cardiovascular bit puncture and that's when i stop.. now i have to quit some time before that point... ![]()
and slowly build up strength...
so i think i'll actually bring a watch with me.. time myself.. then in the months to come, add 1 minute per fortnight or month or something like that as the strength increases

god...you're so young and your back is so screwed up ![]()
I’m worse off than Bear -_-“
My back is screwed up and my arm is screwed up as well. Thanks to an automobile accident + spraining my back 3 times + almost killing myself falling down the stairs @ Blue Mountain.
I cannot carry heavy things at all. Half a pail of water is all it takes for the injuries to flare up again. Everytime MPB is not around my injuries sure to flare up. I really cannot imagine if I have a cub coz I will properly die from back pain during pregnancy :x

cool.
for the diet part, I can give you a simple tip.
go look up the harris bennedict formula for calculating your daily caloric requirements, and plan your food intake accordingly. counting calories will be a real pain at first but after a while your agar-ration skill will be good enough that it becomes second nature in your head. there is no need to ever resort to eating out of tupperware containers as long as you're aware of the estimated caloric content of whatever you're eating. Also, eat less of the high sugar and fried stuff and you're good.
the most important thing to remember is: if you're eating too much, no amount of exercise is going to make up for it.

i suck at calculation ![]()
but i will be doing the simple cutting down bit.. easy way is to just eat about 70% to 80% of my usual amount.. since i'm not putting on any weight, the calorie intake will drop by the same amount, putting me into a calorie deficit...
the increase in exercise should help too but i have to take it easy.. i guess i usually forget and that's how i screwed up my other parts too ![]()

yes, just eating less works fine.
the exercise is for cardiovascular fitness and building/ maintainence of lean muscle mass and bone mass. it is not specifically for weight loss, even though it helps.
I resorted to tracking calories because I couldn't figure out why I was still dropping weight lol.

it means it will take a very long time to recover and carrying heavy object may jepodise it further.
zora, often we assume that when the pain is over, we recover, therefore not seeking treatment. do seek treatment to prevent the problem from recurring
