  You need to run a half-marathon to burn all that off. Really. 

  In related news, I have had to buy a new Nike+ pedometer set..... the receiver of my old Nike+ has gone kaput after two years and 1400km of runs.

  And I also gotta buy a new MP3 player..... my iPod nano 2nd gen is outta space, and besides, it has been malfunctioning of late..... it's already 3 1/2 years old.

  listening to this on my iPod dock.. it still sounds amazing.. that bluesy, frantic, almost unhinged singing by Mai Yamane...

  great by itself, but in the context of the movie, it became amazing!

  I go to Crystal Jade at TM to eat congee (I like the fish they give the fatty fish belly though lots of bones) and eat their aloe vera with Guihua flowers
