  thing is, the only way I know how to respond to a crazy person who assaults another is to beat the crap out of the person, since I don't have anything to restrain him with. 2 things can happen:

  1. I get the crap beaten out of me :P

  2. I beat the crap out of him and later on get charged by the police or sued by his family.

  you expected a reply???? actually i never do when i send in a complaint or at least expect something along the lines of "we'll look into it", "...honest mistake" etc

  end of case.  scared to die mentality of singaporean nowsaday...

  the community thingy is long gone...those good old kampong community helpfulness is really gone..

  i wonder what the goddamned bus company will say about the command centre telling the bus driver to keep driving...

  i guess watching the fight shows on jujitsu could help with these things... go behind the guy and just choke him out... coz triangle chokes are dead easy to cinch on and the guy will pass out in less than 30 seconds...

  hold on longer and he gets brain damage

  or just hit him with something really hard

  Well, they actually called and emailed me the last time this happened.

  Of course, their answer was stupid and did not address the issue. They just apologized and offered to send me a free bus journey offer as a peace offering.

  I told them to shred the damn voucher, because they totally ignored my suggestion for reprogramming the ezlink readers to be on permanent 'ENTRY/EXIT'.

  They sent me another email to apologize for the 'oversight' in not addressing my question, and gave me a truly stupid explanation as to why my suggestion wouldn't work...... 

  Oh well.... I just wanted to take it out on them for swindling me outta my money....

  you can use this new incident to escalate the old incident further.. and keep escalating until someone does something...
