Me thinks the F-15 is one heck of an awesome bird.I got a chance to look through the flight performance technical manuals and boy, the figures were really far-cry from the F-16. The total thrust developed with afterburner is 6 times that of the F-5E.

the F15 was the major upgrade of the old F5's..as in the role they play, just like the F18's took over naval support from the F14's..

The F-18 lacks the range and radar of the F-14 and has been criticised as an unworthy successor. The F-18E/F is a major improvement, but still doesn't achieve the long range of the F-14 and loiter capability.The F-18 was developed from the F-5...which explains their general resemblence.

Man... the FS' house was flooded early this morning.....
I went over to help with the cleanup for the whole day.... among other things, I had to clean the consignment of guests' souvenirs for our wedding....
Luckily they were made of porcelain and could be easily cleaned.... but I had to throw out the boxes holding them....
Once every 50 years flood my arse.....

my planned insect porn session this morning was ruined by the weather
but at least I had steak at sizzlers and teppanyaki beef at my neighbourhood japanese restaurant. craving for red meat satisfied!
