on weight days - 20 min of cardio for warm up; 60 min of weights; 3x a week
other days - 60 min of cardio or run
interspersed with 2-3x yoga and 1-2x pole
Because of the heavy rain in the morning, I scrapped my 21 km run and did Pilates instead...
That might be a good thing, anyway.... my whole body's still sore after yesterday's circuit training during IPT.
Anyway, speaking of circuit training, I'm pretty interested in this:
I read this in Men's Health recently.... it's a killer form of circuit training.
Only problem is, you need hexagonal dumbbells for a couple of the stations.... dang...
