  yeah..

  go to Nirwana.. the other places are way too.. nothing to do..

  zora and i plan to go again one of these days.. this time to Nirwana... next time, go-karting and maybe go to the fireflies or mangrove tour

  Tentatively 11th August.

  Unfortunately this means that my last three IPT sessions will be during the fasting month, which would most likely lead to my training being under a slack Mat PTI....

  I read this in Men's Health recently.... it's a killer form of circuit training.

  Only problem is, you need hexagonal dumbbells for a couple of the stations.... dang...

  You don't... you can place a mat under the normal dumbell to stop it from rolling around. But you have to hope that no-one's hogging the different weights that you need.

  there are activities for that in the other hotels.. and i bet Nirwana would have it too

  on Food Network, Jeff Corwin Extreme Cuisine is pretty good to watch

  I just needed to come in to complain about the worst briyani I have eaten for a damn long time at Anjappar JURONG POINT the kopitiam Feast there.

  The Briyani  Bismati rice was SOGGY instead of fluffy.

  The Mutton Briyani was a big piece of bone with a few MORSELS of meat (I'll give my doggy more meat on the bone than that)

  Pile of rice hid the Mutton BONE and one egg. Should have called it Boiled Egg Briyani cos there was more boiled egg than mutton.

  The yogurt onion sidedish was Soggy

  The Curry sidedish was not dahl, had nothing in it except curry gravy.

  Bleddy thing cost $9.
