  Get the nasal rinse by NeilMed from the pharmacy. It helps a lot if you use it in the morning and the evening when you have a runny nose.

  It helps flush out the irritants though, and it helps me at work. And there's also that salt scrub that pinky talks about.

  tomorrow's thursday.. sis and her bf are going to shanghai for a while to meet her friends stationed there..

  then she's back here next tuesday i think...

  then off to lombok for a dive trip..
