i saw the news on the crap food they serve to the volunteers.. omg, even ndp, the national day volunteer and performance got full meal KFC.
They even had free flow real good ice cream, OCK assorted, milo and other stuff .. hot steamy good food served in little carts where they cook the food on the spot.
YOG is so much worse off than NDP???

LF: gotta understand because of e scale of YOG n ppl involved, they get food from SFI's central kitchen at Jurong.
Imagine e effect of e internal heat inside e packed food on its way from Jurong.
btw, I've known e official opening is e worst.. so many NSF involved + participants.

fatumnette and I just got a PS3 .....
we wanted to get a wii to play those silly kiddy games but the sales person was darn good ....
he said PS3 will be coming out with a new motion controller next month and we'd be wasting money getting a wii now ......
we suck big time, lol ......
any games to recommend ? ....

for a couple experience? the ps3 is not that good compared to wii.. but for your solo entertainment, the ps3 is the best..

Like stella has pointed out, PS3 is great for loners, but Wii is better for couples....

the wii's bloody cheap now, 300 bucks or so, but the graphics is a big notch below PS3's ....

the YOG food updates getting more and more updated. lol
dunno but I've a feeling some volunteers ended up eating expired rations. Last week at 7pm, I saw many eating their dinner (used the rear staircase to get up tat can see the logistics area below e stand).
I'm sure the rations were packed at 3pm or so considering factors i.e. time to transport them.

my folks went to catch the YOG show last night ...
they came back only around midnight, lol ......
