I still remember the case where McD was actually successfully sued by some idiot who placed hot coffee on the dashboard of the car while it was moving.
In the event, it spilled onto the idiot and he managed to sue on the grounds that McD didn't label something likel: Caution, hot.

I seriously hope that the courts will throw out the lawsuit and the casino management will countersue him to recover the money due to them.
I just don't want Singapore to turn into a country of stupid lawsuits.

last day in the mountains
i am sure i have put on some weight but i've got 2 months to deal with that problem.
so far i have had to push the 4WD out of the mud and take a dip in a river, all just to take photos.

What I don't understand is.... aren't there plenty of existing indoor courts that can be used for this?
Canvas roofs are more for getai shows and Malay weddings!

oh and i fell on my butt because its rainy season so the mud is covered with algae.
my clothes were just hit with mud every day that i went out, my feet got really good mud spa treatment.
but then, i'm happy with the photos... can't wait to come back and show people the Hmong life

in other news, when driving home yesterday, the DJ told a joke:
5 cannibals were taken as interns a MNC on an equal opportunity policy... the HR guy told them that if they worked hard and didn't screw up, in 2 months they will be hired on a permanent basis.. on the condition that they do not eat any of the people in the company...
the cannibals agreed and the worked really hard and were very productive...
2 months later, the HR guy came back and said "you were all hardworking and capable... but one of the guys in the assembly line has vanished.. did you eat him?"
the cannibals protested their innocence.. they said that the job was very valuable to them and they had only been eating from the cafeteria... and showed the HR guy their cafeteria vouchers as proof...
the HR guy was convinced and the cannibals were hired...
after the HR guy left, the head cannibal then smacked one of them upside the head and said "look... for 7 weeks, we ate only the senior management people and no one noticed.. but noooo.. you had to go eat one of the assembly line guys and we almost got into trouble!"
