  that was the watermelon rock sweet (which is pleasantly sweet and nice) that i 1st tasted it about at least 8 years ago.. it was sold at the certain organic food stores at about $10 per small bottle..  very nice, and very ex... heartpain siah..

  geesh, I missed it..it's been about 3 years ago that i last ate it (last bought was at Bedok some organic store too)......,....hmm... reminds me to get it again :)

  I went to the AHM race expo to pick up my race pack.

  I ended up buying 2XU Elite Full-Length compression tights. 

  Original price: $192. 

  I paid just $156 for it.

  are this the compression tights that reduces abrasions on your legs? that is also very good for route marches?

  Compression tights are for cycling and long-distance running. They support the leg muscles and help to delay and reduce muscle soreness.

  For abrasion prevention, just use el cheapo half-length bicycle tights.

  Hell, my unit actually bought and distributed bicycle tights to everyone.

  The usual.... Salonpas, Newton Running, some brand of insoles, that sort of thing....

  There was another brand of running tights which was going for $90.... but the compression factor was so bad that it was as good as ordinary Lycra tights.

  When I found out that the 2XU Elite tights were just $156, I had a runnergasm.

  it's supposed to help for long distance running. less aches, cramps and speeds up recovery. my GF swears by them. sorry can't give a personal account since i only do short distances.

  fudge can probably give a review after his AHM.

  Okay, slight change in what I said:

  FS actually bought them for me as an anniversary present. 

  I've tried them on, and they're pretty tight. The problem is I have relatively large feet (US 9.5) in relation to my body frame (1.7m). I really had to gingerly slide the tights up my feet until they got past my ankles.

  Once they're on, I can really feel the muscle support. Cassie would probably have to go for XXS, considering that I actually bought..... XS.

  No sh*t. I wanted to get S, but the uncle said that he was wearing M in spite of having a 42-inch waist.

  I'm tired post-work, but at least I'll get to sleep in a little tomorrow. Had to handle a bunch of restless 6-year-olds for a birthday party and I couldn't get them to make stuff as nicely as my colleagues' charges could.
