  Well for me  stress works because when I'm under stress I don't eat

  And I don't have a habit of snacking and I don't take sweet drinks

  I just love their fresh salad and it's a plus that they actually prepare their steaks properly.

  there is this very very DEEP sort of contented feeling I have when I eat a good steak... the satisfaction isn't just..... stomach deep... it's like some sort of primal satisfaction...

   

  I remember one of my most memorable steaks at this steak house in Vegas... aged beef.. warao... ... .... .... -wipe tears from my eyes -

  Actually I'm quite surprised that Sizzlers is not more crowded.

  But then again I'm not complaining because it is terrible if it suddenly got really crowded

  speaking of eating...i've zero appetite tonite. think the yoga was too intense. so settling for muesli.

  The most memorable steak I had was at the CN Tower in Toronto

  Alberta AAA Grade beef carefully aged for 45 days

  Wah liao I eat it I get tears in my eyes. It melts in the mouth and the fat taste like premium butter.

  My dinner today is just a giant pear, which I shared with HM.

  No appetite at all. He fried up some hashbrowns to eat but I told him I don't want any

  eh... i had a cuppa of soya bean drink, grilled eggplant and brocolli with a slice of cheddar cheese.. *burp*.

  now damn sleepy..

  i'm going to lose weight soon.. being on shift kinda makes eating difficult and i end up not eating...

  yeah I rarely eat such good steak in Sg.... then again.. hmm I haven't paid good money for a good steak in Sg for a long time... oh well
