Seems it's agreed, to shift out to Woodlands Centre. As in the KTM trains.
Looking at some tour agency packages right now....
Some of them are outright ridiculous... there's one package that covers Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, and Switzerland.... all in 11 days.
WTF? What can you see then?

there are many who will try to squeeze in as many countries as they can into as short a time as possible..
seeing almost nothing but able to tell people "we've been there"
I'm budgeting for six or seven days.
In that time I'd rather explore just one city to my heart's content. A day trip to another city will be part of the itenary, perhaps, but that's all.
To go to five countries in 11 days is just pure lunacy.
yeah.. i usually do that too..
oh oh.. try something like Turkey.. you did say you want to go there..
or maybe Morocco?
Yes..... I'm seriously considering Turkey..... Istanbul, to be precise.
In all honesty, the airfare to Turkey is not that much more expensive than it is to Australia....
I can already name a few historical places I wanna go to off the top of my head.... the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace.....
FS was also agreeable.... you should've seen how her eyes lit up when I talked about the Grand Bazaar.... ![]()
but the Grand Bazaar is one of the must-go places!!
Iron Chef America is on!!
Food Network Asia!!
It's the shopping! The SHOPPING!!!
How do women handle several non-stop hours of shopping and bargaining?!?!?!
![]()
i dunno.. it's scary...
oh oh.. it's Battle Cauliflower!!
lots of colours!!
and the challenger is going it alone!! no sous chefs!! just one man vs Master Chef Michael Symons!!

like hamsters know from birth how to peel melon seeds.

the Iron Chef is just told the challenger has no sous chefs and kicked his out!!

these packages includes...fly 1 day, reach each capital, visit 3 places, move on... most of the time you will be sitting on the coach from capital to capital... last day, free and easy at last capital, fly home.. ie.. 11 days...
they advertise FROM $2349 example... then when u ask for the real cost... add here add that.. it sum up to $3999..
fudgy, since it is for honeymoon, go free and easy...
do research yourself and move around leisurely at your own pace..
it is better than kana stuck with one BIG GROUP of noisy singaporean on the same coach, and kana chase up and down like chasing chicken chasing duck style..
the Iron Chef and Challenger are a blur as they work their way around the Kitchen Stadium...
a mano-a-mano fight as they have no sous chefs...
dunno if they can actually finish without help!

Yeah I know.... I'm just looking at the packages to see what they have....
They all seem to offer no less than 10 days, and they visit four or five cities in that time span. I would rather spend six or seven days to explore just one city inside out, and I'm sure Istanbul alone has more than enough for me to see.
And the agencies all don't have free and easy for Turkey.... otherwise, they might be able to get me cheaper rates by bundling the airfare and hotel room together.
Hell, I'll just get my own tickets and book my own hotel room. It's all a matter of doing my homework on where to go and what to do while there.
or try zuji or the other sites... i find that they're not too bad

i can't ..... i get tired after maybe an hour or two..
try calling diner travel ... they issue ticket pretty good rates... cheaper than zuji :)
