U forgot to add to be completed in 2020 which is in 10 years... oh wait make that 9 years since 2010 is almost over
Must not forget to mention about them wanting to stop the brain drain and increasing the pay and also bumiputras who "do not need help" will hv to compete on a level playing field.....this I gotta see

it's not easy to increase wages and in relation brain drain as long as the subsidy system is in place.
Actually to think of it today, why on earth does KL need to subsidise ppl when the businsses are making profits. but yeah la, e other end of e equation is low wages i.e. who can afford.
