  Aiyoh.... total rest is more important for that ligament to heal.....

  On my part, I haven't been running since Sunday because of my knee ligament....

  I figure it's better to err on the safe side.... I'll start running again on Saturday.

  should put this up on weird creatures

  

  they grow up to 7 metres!

  if you have cable, go check it out on ch 411

  this is in Darwin on the Fitzroy River... they've overfished them and wiped out about 95% of the sawfish..

  this is freshwater... but they do go to the sea when they grow up

  the critter was caught off what's now changi airport, on a day charter.

  it was a fluke catch, the critter was hooked on the side of the mouth and the leader didn't get snapped off.

  the show? they're in shit now.. the tide on the Fitzroy is amazing.. up to 9m...

  they're caught in a current their other little skiff cannot get out of and is stuck

  but the sawfish pups are very cute
