Actually MG, nowadays the instructors teach you a fix set of rules to follow with the poles guiding you like some sort of formula to help you park the car.
Its all about passing the test rather then actually learning how to drive.
So after i got my license, i had to learn parking all over again the proper way.

actually the most hilarious part is during her first attempt where she reversed till is was like a vertical parking lot and almost knocked into her boyfriend..LOL

Just got back from a nice long 7.5 km run.
That was my first long, hard run since I injured my right knee. I didn't run at all last week - I'm now making up for lost time.

or are you like cassie, anything for just one more fix?

Dude.... my right knee is fine already. Last thing I want to do is to risk damaging it further while it was still injured....
I already stayed off running for the whole of last week.... it was just a little pulled ligament, that's all....
I actually wanted to go running last Friday night, but I figured on giving it a few more days just to be sure.

Yeah I'm okay.... my knees are okay.... and I'm using my new SAF New Balance shoes for the extra cushioning, seeing as how my old shoes are already kaput....
Simply put, in making up for lost time, I'm just trying to make up for the training I missed over the past week. Of course I won't dive straight into heavy training and run 21 clicks at one go - 7.5 clicks is pretty standard for me.
I'm just gonna slowly ramp up my training until I'm sure that I'm back to full strength.

i have emptied my "account" on euro 2012 qualifiers and the BPL + Division 1.
now to wait for the rewards... if there is any

most of the people I know who do lots of endurance events like running and triathalons are always nursing some injury or another. one had to give up running permanently because of busted knees................and has sinced replaced running with cycling. -
i'm going to sleep..
wake up early tomorrow, go swimming, then go to work... bloody heck got to go to work earlier because of briefing before shift starts...

Perhaps it would have helped if the lady driver kept a similar set of poles in her vehicle, to be used whenever she needed to parallel park.
