Good Evening.. now at BKK airport waiting for our new connecting flight. our previous flight was delayed for 10 hours and we missed our connecting flight at BKK :(
we were on the plane (luckily at ground level) when the plane came to an abrupt halt before take off. firefighters rushed to our plane wing and sprayed foam. all of us disembarked after 1 hour and were "stranded" at airport for 10 hours before we leave again.
the pilot takes off and lands almost perfect.. oh well, the flight was pleasant and we were fed well....
but the wait..omg,...!!

I have one.... but I end up having to butter all sides of the bread to prevent it from sticking. In the end, no point making something more unhealthy than it needs to be, no?
Actually, it's not even mine.... FS gave it to me when she realized that no one in her family was using it at all.... heheh.... ![]()
In all honesty, I find sandwich toasters to be one of the most useless pieces of kitchen appliance. A good old-fashioned toaster oven does the job well enough for me.

Hmm.... that's interesting....
I remember that in my freshman year, my prof demonstrated that radio waves preferentially travel through the human body than through the air.
As a demonstration, he placed a working radio in a large metal box (a Faraday cage), and only static could be heard.
When he stuck his arm into the Faraday cage without touching the radio, the radio suddenly started blaring radio music. Apparently the radio waves from the station were channeled through the prof's arm in the direction of the radio, bypassing the Faraday cage.
I'm not sure how to apply this to the car lock, though.....
hmm..
well, the car lock uses radio waves too.. so i guess it's the same thing ![]()
Wanted to laugh at this Travel guide WikiTravel

It's telling ppl it's cheaper to pay in RM from JB to Singapore. Fact is, it's going to cost you 5 - 60c more than using ez-link card.
The bus fares are all riddled w/ errors and some nonsenscial facts.
I was thinking that my prof's demonstration is linked to this clip you showed me, but I'm not sure how.
After all, all the fella did was to simply stick the transmitter into his temple at a bearing of 90 degrees with respect to the car.
So.... how does it work? The radio waves went into his head, down his body..... and then what? If it went into the ground, the signal would have been lost.
