Quite a few studies have figured out that low-fat chocolate milk is really a very good drink for recovery after a hard workout. Linkie
Hmmm... perhaps I should give chocolate milk a try as a recovery drink after my bike rides, instead of the root beer floats I've been treating myself to.

I switched to a four-day workweek for the time being and I have more time for R&R now. I stayed away not cause I was THAT busy, but cause I was nursing an addiction to FB games. ![]()

Admitting the problem is the first step towards recovery. The next is to burn your computer. ![]()

Will there be a demand in KL for the office space that a 100-storey building will provide? Or will this turn out to be another "white elephant" project?
They've better be able to get FDI
They lag a lot in recent years

fudgie, I don't run (except when I'm trying to catch my train / tram), but there are the rare occasions when, after a tough shift, I have an incredible craving for low-fat chocolate milk!
Thank goodness there's a 7-Eleven's near my home so I can satisfy that craving easily.
So crowded in here today...

Recovery? Who says I'm reformed? I covet a mini notebook so when I go away on vacations, I can continue to log on to FB and ahem... 'manage my FB resources'. ![]()
I've just been temporarily shocked into a drastic 're-allocation of my leisure time and activities' because of a really nasty broadband bill received when I changed plans and inadvertently had my capped limits removed. TMD!!! ![]()

Better than a quiet and very dead forum, right?

WTH? You have a metered broadband plan? I thought those had gone the way of the dodo bird...
How much was the "nasty" bill, BTW?

I inadvertantly cancelled my callerid for my handphone 1-2 months ago, now I answer calls with: uh......sorry, but this is?
its starting to peeve my friends off.![]()
MG, SBS, Missy, my holiday is pretty smooth, me and friends hit city to city and fly over to countries, buy intercities rail and book hotel for next city etc... except one night the hotel overbooked, we landed in hostel meeting cute guys :)
eh.... one event did happened, the return plane came to a sudden halt before take off.. 2 fire engines came spraying foam at the plane wing, and we were evacuated 1 hour later..escorted from the middle of runway where planes flew pass us...-.-"
i was stucked at the cold airport 5-10'c for 10 hours :(
my entire ordeal 30 hours :(

I really wish FB has a feature to let you select which friends can see your status msgs. I no longer have the freedom to update my status msgs freely because there are too many colleagues and relatives in my friends list.
You can't decline their friend request, but at the same time, you might not want to reveal too much to them. Haiz...
