DBS strikes again? -
IT'S MY STUPID CHEQUEBOOK!!!
The first time, I called them to send me a chequebook. They said it would take '7 to 10 days' to mail it to me.
After 14 days of waiting, I gave up and called them again. The customer service girl claimed that it got lost in the mail, and they offered to send it to their Clementi branch for pickup after '2 to 3 days'.
After one week of waiting, I gave up and called them yet again. This time, the fella said that the previous customer service operator DID NOT DO what I asked her to do!!!
FUCK YOU, DBS!!! ONE SIMPLE CHEQUEBOOK ALSO CANNOT DO PROPERLY?!?!
