The CSO for the first two calls were Filipino. I'd recognize that accent anywhere.
I got a local dude this time round. He apologized profusely to me, he promised to do whatever that Pinoy bitch failed to do, he promised that I can pick it up this Monday, and gave me his name (a Malay name) as a sign of goodwill.
At which point I asked him: 'You're fasting, right?'
CSO: 'Yes sir, I am.'
Me: 'You know the severe consequences a fasting person will have to face should he not keep his promises?'
CSO: 'Yes sir, I am aware of that'.
Me: 'Good. Make good on your promises to me then. OR ELSE.'
*me hangs up*

I've only ever bought one from them. Actually, 2, but I'm giving away one. I don't like the popular styles all that much, because I don't like graphics that use puns or words.
Most of the men's stuff is sold out right now.

Believe me, that wasn't an empty threat.
We Muslims believe that whatever bad deeds one commits during the fasting month, its consequences will be multiplied many, many time. And a broken promise is a pretty heinous sin.
As it is, you guys know that it is extremely uncharacteristic of me to let fly a whole string of expletives on a normal day, much less during the fasting month when I'm supposed to show more self-control. However, their utter incompetence was just too much for me to handle. That said, I bear the consequences of my own actions.
Whatever the case, when I pick the chequebook up on Monday, I'll be submitting a formal letter of complaint to get that Pinoy CSO punished. Fired, if necessary.
And if that chequebook isn't there, that Mat's head is gonna roll as well.

白花蛇�水 taste like soda water...I usually add salt so it's more cooling...
