I have to look for someone to take over me as the contact person for one of the clients...
No one wanted until I told them my other counterpart is name Kasumi... The guys was strangely motivated all of a sudden >___> sadly for them, I need to pass it over to another dept which is all females

Well, kids are definitely out of the question for me for at least two years.
I don't plan to have more than two kids.

this being singapore .... it makes a lot more sense to pay off a mortgage than to rent .... not much difference in the amount you're forking out every month.
and very importantly .... you can use your CPF to pay off your mortgage, but you have to pay cash to rent ....

btw, were you living in Vancouver before coming back to Sg? I never knew there was such a high population (1/3 of Vancouver population) of Asian in Vancouver.

nope, I was much further inland .... but I played there often. Many of my asian mates were from there.
And nope, the ratio is actually more than half now infact ..... and that's before you factor in the illegals ... lol

dude... i don't know which politician's BS you've been listening to, but at the day and age of overpopulation and unsustainable raping of the planet, to have more than your replacement in the population is a gross disservice to the planet... and to humanity as a whole...the world is reaching or maybe its past it sustainable population already.. and to have more is just outright irresponsible

I think controlled breeding is necessary. But I don't think any government is willing to let go the economics grinder.
Some friend told me this, we are just leechers of our desendents.

well ... I'm more hopeful and believe in the ingenuity of our humankind and our descendents .....
I'm hopeful that people would find a way .... and even if we don't .... life on this planet would endure ..... for time is millennias upon millennias ... even if we wipe ourselves out, one or two million years later earth would regain all of it's biodiversity and feccundity without us anyways.
but on a very human scale, as I said, the smarter ones should breed more, if we elevate the gene pool enough, we'd have better odds of producing people who'll have the means and the capacity to innovate the changes neccessary for our species.

well, it is true enough that the planet, or rather, our species are breeding ourselves out of our planet.
But then, you excusing yourself from the gene pool is not going to stop other from breeding ... infact, your place in the gene pool might just be filled up by people who would not, or do not have the cognitive capacity to think and reason that way ....
all the pity isn't it ? ..... I think we'll be more farked that way ....
if people are going to breed anyways .... then I think it's the duty of the smarter ones to breed more, whether it's for the country, for the species, or for the planet. ..... if it comes down to us humans having to colonize the stars, we'd be needing a lot of rocket scientists, literally ..... then elevating the gene pool becomes more important ..... we can't have someone with the cognitive horse power of a lawn mower building spaceships after all, eh ?

I think we should recognize that being a prick and being smart are two different issues ...
that's probably the separate issue of the failure of our moral and values education.
one can be a stupid prick, or one can be a nice smart chap, but being stupid but nice may not be able to make much of a difference to our society, eh ? It may be very difficult to change a person's values ..... but it's definitely impossible to elevate a person's mental power.
