  Here we go again - another food establishment, Zaffran, sues over a negative review. This time it's not about the food but an accident that involved the HGW user.

  'Legal counsel'. Pure bull, I say. The judge will ask them whether they had bothered to contact the girl, and to provide proof if they claim to have done so.

  Failing which, the judge will let out a huge laugh. He will then dismiss the case and order the restaurant to pay for the girl's legal costs.

  Shucks man, if they can go to court over this kind of thing, then I should have been sued many times over for ranting online about companies that have screwed me....

  can only say, only continuing Dr M's spending spree legacy.

  Public tpt or other basic infrastructure isn't there. Only know real improvement is in Penang and bit of KL
