  My customers and my Malaysian friends are bitching non-stop about the proposed 100 storey building in JB.

  They are saying it will end up to be another white elephant and no one will want to rent the place and that the money can be put into better use.

  just had dinner...

  some kinda chye sim giant stem,i think.. it was stirfried..

  mutton curry and black bean chicken soup... with a giant slice of papaya which wasn't very good..

  and almost a litre of water.. i'm dehydrated without knowing it...

  now feeling bloated

  still in office trying to figure out an excel formula to fix the model

  how do i go about this: i need the result to my formula to be between 0% and 100%. min or max formula first? the formula is an "if" function.

  The thing is that who wants to be in a tall building in Malaysia?

  They have so much land and it’s better to just buy a plot and have your own building and storage

  Like you said, it’s not like it’s Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan where space is a problem.

  My customer was joking saying that if he takes the lift from the ground floor during peak hour to the 100^th floor, it will likely take him half hour to reach the top. Haha

  Oil Terminal project by PTP failed. Iskandar got mgmt problem over tender... now dunno wat's next.

  even they can't even rationalise their basic bus svs - the only public tpt they've right now.
