  this year's (2010) 2XU was in sentosa - so there were loads of ups and downs

  but at the scms expo...2011's 2XU run was advertised as being in the city (whew! i hate hills)

  maybe you can head over to one of the sports shop and try out the calf sleeves for the sizing?

  When tweet gets to fb, and the person is a bitchy one, all I ever see on my news feed is rubbish that serves to spoil my day only.

  I don't understand people who air out their dirty laundry on FB either.....

  I've seen a female friend of mine break up with her boyfriend on her FB wall, patch up again, break up, patch up, break up, patch up.....

  And those are just the breakup/patch ups. You should see the arguments they have on her FB wall.

  I find it strange and awkward when people announce their apologies and arguments and break ups and patch ups and loveydoveyness on FB.... isn't it something that happens between just the two of them? Maybe I'm just a rather private person in such matters :O

  And err these are post-21s too. Might be post-31 for that matter :O

  I get very amused by some super bitchy (never come straight out to say who they bitching about) status updates. Sometimes I get tempted to reply something cheeky and out of point just to irritate people more. Occasionally I give in to that temptation - and lose a friend or something :P

  I had a fren who was 34 this year... broke up (aka dunno divorce or seperationg) with her husband and I heard there's plenty of nice shows posting here and there in facebook
