  Okay, I've just signed up for the 2XU run. Had to pay $65 for it.

  Frankly speaking, it's more of getting a cheap bargain for their products (their singlet + calf guards cost $120 total normally), with a 12 km run on the side.

  Anyway, the FS challenged me to go for the Men's Health Urbanathlon as well.... but looking at the obstacle course..... eeeks....

  Nah....there's too many places.

  Visited the jap cemetery, bukit timah railway station, bukit batok hill, and old Woodlands Town Centre.

  The last place had hardly changed at all even after so many years!

  aiya, Woodlands Centre hardly changed de. Still e row of shops selling cheap clothing, blaknets, matress cover, KFC, Hawker Ctr and Sheng Siong.

  I realised the so called B1 level shops now degraded into mostly either handphone or money exchange outlet.

  The exchange rate there not very good de. but ppl still patronise for convenience.

  and yes, the only public buses inside are the 170X buses 'reporting' for meal breaks

  I do enjoy the bus ride on 170 to get to Woodlands Centre.

  Kinda nostaglic esp when it plies the Old Woodlands Rd. It's left intact since 1980s.

  But the sad part is seeing the loads of M'sians heading home. Just to find work, forced to commute far daily.

  They filmed a Chinese drama to publicise abt M'sia anti corruption agency. Think they learnt from Hong Kong tat ICAC drama.

   Oh, they're coming down to learn how NParks do city landscapping for trees for KL.

  oh 2601, look at how come CW3 got amended. Seriously CW3 is super profitable, but its Malaysian inefficiency tat makans everything.
