Somewhat the passengers sat on the upper deck, the lower deck was only for baggages.

To me the hard part is that I can't do much to prepare for it, apart from watching YouTube videos of Malay solemnization rites to make sure that I don't fluff whatever I have to do....

reminds me of a friend i was best man for... he was all cool and relaxed until about 10 minutes before going to the church (he lives literally across the road from it)
he started to hyperventilate and i had to calm him down...
the ceremony went off smoothly except after the whole thing, when they accidentally let go off the helium balloon arch and it shot into the air and was last seen bloody high in the sky drifting away

I'm curious, I know abt the chinese customs but I seldom hear abt the malay customs...Wat do they do for wedding?

It's extremely complicated; too much for me to summarize in one post.
Even getting engaged in complicated enough.
In other cultures the guy gets down on one knee to give the ring to the girl.
In Malay culture it's the same - except that he has to bring along a whole busload of relatives to witness the event.

Well, I took the whole of this week off, and I'm taking the next two weeks off as well.
Man, I sure feel sucky right now.... but on the plus side, there's eight days of Turkey to look forward to next week....
