  let's see...my mushrooms meals are more or less the same (hence i need to figure out more ways to make them): dump them in noodle soup, stir fried, stew in crock pot, blended in food processor for mushroom soup, pizza

  You can always make stuffed mushrooms or baked mushrooms with potato also

  Tempura Mushrooms are nice too

  Slice thinly and bake carefully and you get mushroom chips which I like

  portobello mushroom baked with cheese...

  sukiyaki style..

  straw mushroom with tofu.. steam then put some lovely gravy over it..

  mushroom the chinese new year stew type..

  mushroom stired fry with erhem.minced pork..

  In other news the knn Crystal Eye Catfish MPB got is still in my tank

  No takers or I get a lot of low ballers.

  Anyway this legendary ferocious fish is injured now so I think it’s price is going to drop further

  I found a big “hickey” below its dorsal fin and bite marks near the tail

   

  Looks like my itchy mouth Synodontis (which is supposed to be a peaceful fish) has been chewing on him

  Boss is abit upset becoz I support director's idea for having tea at Bao Jing Tian instead of Xin Wang which my boss suggested...

  But I know she's just craving for the french/thick toast @ xin wang >__>

  anyway, i am all for the eateries banning monsters and brats... effing can't have a meal without some brat screaming his/her/its head off, running around like rabid swine and the parents behaving like it never happened

  ate too full.... think i can skip dinner and head straight for the talk tonight .

   

  oh cassie, yesterday at another talk, a 81-year-old man gave a speech, he has done 87 marathon includes a 66km at mongolia.  he started at 54 years old..

  inspiring... i nid to jog again soon.. this sunday, me and jogging kakis going for brisk walking at the reservior :D

  i have not been jogging for the past 2 months :(

  me 2...

  I remember sometime back, there was this 2 kids which run down the aisle, wailing like an ambulance and a fire pumper... and worst part is that the parents are enjoying their dinner machiam like having a 2 person date in the mediterrnian sea or something...

  I just completed my first stage to internship with one supposedly 'up-there' bank.

  They asked me to do 20 numerical problems in 20 min.

  And then they made me do 24 verbal reasoning questions in 18 minutes, 3 questions each to one not very long paragraph.

  I almost died there and then doing both.
