Auto Car??

Ya.
The impact from the rear was so big that the left side of the taxi in front buckled.
I was saved by the seatbelt. Thank goodness.
I've never driven auto before...so I don't suppose I knew such a thing was even remotely possible.
The most heng thing was the taxi moved in front, but didn't hit the car in front...
quick, give me both car's plate numbers ! ....

does ur friend have a habit of using... left feet on the brake and right foot on the accelerator for auto car? I heard tt some people have this habit, (normally we rotate thr right foot either/or accelerator and brake) but its quite dangerous cos... when we respond in times of urgency.. most of the time we use our master foot.. and WHAM it goes to the location it most often 'sits'
Thank goodness you are buckled up.. hope you are alright.. sometimes the whiplash can be paaaainful
I think a lot of manual drivers get this habit when they switch over to auto cars ......
like my dad for instance ...... I've been telling him to use just one foot .......
you're supposed to use only one foot and pivot it around on the ball of your foot for both pedals .....
My friend also had the habit of last minute braking and zhamming the accelerator.
I thought he knew what he was doing when we charged forward.
I knew I was gonna be soooo wrong when the taxi's ass loomed in my face, obviously saying WHOOOOAAAAA and frantically pointing in the last split second was not gonna be helpful by then.
My friend had the cheek to ask me why I never pulled the handbrake when he had conditioned us to his driving style (I don't approve of that but I had given up wasting my breath) and it was the first time I was sitting in his car and only knew its rough location which was not good enough obviously when everything happened in less than 0.5 seconds.
I was more afraid that I would become another statistic that says "needed hydraulic cutters to be extricated" and "suffered broken legs".

yeah.. cos that way... ur right foot 'remembers' the location of both accelerator and brake.. of course I'm assuming.. it's the master foot!
is there such thing as a "master foot" ? ......
I used to play "one leg catching" in primary school on my left ..... ![]()

aiyooo.. sigh.. are u and ur friends the 'young and restless' group? pulling the handbrake when he press the accelerator.. wouldnt that just make you skid? I thought that's what people do when they wanna leave tyre marks on the road :O
Have you seen the doctor yet??
Supposedly the master leg is the preferred choice which makes it stronger and in greater control in normal activities...

The car actually wasn't going that fast. A pull on the handbrake by then will reduce the damage a little. It wouldn't have stopped the accident from happening anyway.
But I was alarmed when the rpm kept going up.
And no.....I don't drive like that! It wastes fuel and kills the brake-pads. I don't usually allow my engine rpm to go above 2.5k for gears 1-4.
I was hoping I won't have anything on my hands that night when I stepped into that car and tmd it really happened.
walao.
The taxi uncle's face was an unforgettable O.O.

err usually left hand/ left foot/ left eye etc......
heee.. so are u left/right handed?
I think I'm right handed ...... but there are certain things that just seem so natural to do with the left ..... like holding my bc fishing rods for instance .....
my shooting eye is the right, that also happens to be my only myopic eye .....

I'm crap at shooting cos.... I'm right handed too but.. LEFT EYE! .... so I simply can't AIM one... :(
We hold fishing rods with our left.. cos our master hand is the one who can control the spinner wheel ma... harder to use left hand to reel that biggy in!!!
what?
using 2 foot for auto vehicle?

no no .... only on baitcasting style rods ..... when the reel sits on top ......
for spinning style rods, when the egg beater reel sits below, I use my left hand ........
there are other things too .... like I hold fatumnette hand on my right .... she says it feels weird for her if I hold from the left .....
