if the main component of the valuation of the flat is the average of the cost of similar flats the past months, and the cost of the similar flats in the past months are Valuation + COV, then the valuation will keep increasing..

Fwah... Complications... which I really hope u're not involved...Firstly consider this... If she doesn't wanna abort, and have no money to give birth now, how will she be able to take care of the baby in the future...?
A simple trip to the supermarket, u can see the price of milk powder, pampers, all not cheap... somemore the medicial cost for the baby is also not cheap... and trust me, taking care of a baby is not cheap... U cant always "look for help" or "borrow" to pay for the baby's expense...
It is not noble, but cruel and irresponsible, if she wans to keep the baby but cant provide for the baby...
If after all this, still wanna give birth then do check out AA thread, yunny's thread has some phone numbers which she can call and talk to...

Give the baby up for adoption?I believe there are women associations that help with that and I think they help cover the hospital bills
