Basically there's no way of telling because one type of Postage Paid mail allows anything to be sent, while the other has to be "Machinable, Standard Regular/ Large, Non-machinable or manually sorted mail".

I've seen a pelican try to eat a chihuahua beforeI think the owner was more tramatised than the dog

Does anyone know where I can find biltong or proper beef jerky here? I have a craving to satisfy and the supermarket stuff that's made from unwanted cow parts won't do. It's got to be strips of meat and not sticks in casings like Slim Jim.

Nope. No ideaI know Jason's used to sell them many years ago at their deli counter but I don't see it anymore.
The supermarket do carry the pre-packet stuff that are stripes of meat but I guess those are from the unwanted cow parts
