Ok I decided to see what is the fuss about simi “Gong Cha” & “Koi” tea that the toyols queue up for.
Went to the “Gong Cha” at City Sq during lunch. There was a bloody queue. Ok never mind since there are only like 5 ppl in front of me.
Didn’t know what to order so like any normal person I chose one of their recommended blends with this funny icon in front of the item.
Think it was Oolong milk tea .... I was thinking how bad can Oolong milk tea be.
OMG!!! The milk they used looks more like pre-whipped whipped topping mixture to me -_-“ and it looks so thick it’s more like pre-whipped cream than milk and they added so much I can’t even taste the tea and in fact it taste kinda gross.
The bloody drink cost me $3 with some tasteless jelly added to it.
Trying to force myself to finish it coz it cost me $3

Since you bought it at 3 bucks, why add additional costs in making youself finish it?
Anyway, i can find 1 dollar bubble tea that's decent, so koi and gong cha doesnt hold any appeal for me.
