Just got back from teaching a class.
I almost made a terrible Freudian slip just now while teaching. While I was discussing a tutorial question, I said:
'You might wonder why the value of this term is 2/3. Well, actually it's because the person who set this question pulled it out of his......'
I was just about to say the word 'ass', but I stopped myself and said 'magic hat'.
I think some of the students figured out my near-Freudian slip anyway, judging from their sniggering.

No one's..... it's just an expression, albeit one that's inappropriate to be used in my capacity as a graduate student teacher.....
That said, I think that by saying 'magic hat', I made a great save....... no?

well, since you said freudian, I thought you'd have someone's ass on your mind all day ....
and on the subject of asses ..... i fb'ed some thai friends to recommend me any good tailors and dressmakers in thailand that'll do thai silk ...... telling them that I'll be visiting with fatumnette soon .....
they went Ooooooo, can meet your wifey-to-be then ...........
i'm rather not looking forward to such meetings, since, i must confess, back in those notti days, I've had .... *ahem .... some history, with them ......
it's gonna be so weird, especially since now they are all attached or married with kids

well .... women have this curiosity about the other women in their men's lives .......
but i've been very honest with fatumnette ......
one of the ladies owns a chain of bridal stores there of all things, so it's a very natural thing to ask .........
plus, I'd probably get a discount ....

and the meal replacement I'm drinking now ..... is basically enriched soy milk .......
it's freaky ....... this meal replacement packet for cancer patients .......
I dumped it into the deep freezer for two days and it's still in a liquid state ! ....

u r not serious right.... i mean.... eating some replacement kickass stuff that does not freeze!

it's free ...... and rather expensive, so I'm not going to throw these away .....
I've got enough to replace all my meals till the end of this month
