I watched the Feast Fight thingy on Channel 5 yesterday which MPB complained was the worst thing Mediacrap crapped out.
Boy is it bad.
They hv managed to horrifically mangled and destroyed all our local delights in the name of "healthy cooking"
Can you imagine Nasi Lemak with SKIMMED MILK and brown basmati rice -_-"
And the judge taste buds are dead too.... Ooo it taste like the real thing. WTF man. Skimmed milk does not taste like coconut milk at all.

my friend in California was just telling me that they're actually selling (and encouraging people to drink) coconut milk in supermarts. alternative or variety to cow's milk, almond milk, soy milk, rice milk etc. doubt it's the same one we use for cooking? -
