does anyone from around here buy dryers? so rare. i mean it's like a must if you're overseas/those with 4 seasons
Apparently, a lot of ppl buy dryers these days. I think it’s due to the lack of space to let the clothes dry properly.
i think lots of people buy dryers...
if you see some of the new flats, you'll know that it's impossible to air and sun your laundry...
and if you tried to do it in the "designated" places, the laundry will turn out either a smelly mess due to the lack of sun, or it'll be a oily smelly mess due to the neighbours' cooking fumes getting into your clothes
yeah .... fatumnette doesn't stick out any laundry poles from her kitchen, but air dries them .... some of my clothes end up smelling, and she'll say I smell ... ![]()

alligator or crocodile..
either one of them, they're quite tasty
i hardly put my stuff outside, just air dry them. so far, touch wood, no untoward incidents or smell. i used dryers when i was in london and the clothes turned out more crinkly and wrinkled and hence the extra time ironing.
I think Clementi town centre e new flats are using the newer type of racks
Dun need to scared of ppl throwing things out
i used dryer when i was in oz
clothes get spoilt easily
some were shrunk instantly and spoilt forever
hate the dryer

how to adjust dpi setting for photo?
Go to Photoshop -> Image -> Resize -> Resize Image, then change the resolution. Make sure the units are in pixels per inch. Do not select resample.

I've yet to try that. I have high hopes for the Lagavulin DE that I want to sample and buy. I had a dram of Laphroaig (also one of the very peaty Islay ones) and liked it, even though it had a whiff of gauze and Dettol.
With regards to last night's discussion.... there's another KOI outlet at Marine Parade Central.
And yeah, there always seems to be a crowd there. To the point that they actually use a numbering system (like polyclinics) and place benches outside the shop where customers can wait for their turn. Really.
I don't see the point, really. It's just tea.
And I thought bubble tea is so last decade.
morning guys. my running buddy who just came back from taiwan said their bubble tea or something along those lines are way better than the ones here
I guess the bottom line is that the best food that can be found is usually at their place of origin.
The best bubble tea can be found in Taiwan, the best kebabs can be found in Turkey, and the best Ramly burgers can be found in Malaysia.
With regards to the latter two, I am extremely scornful of how local vendors prepare them here.
They don't seem to realize that smothering their kebabs with a thick layer of mayonnaise and chilli sauce just kills the marinade. And pre-cooking Ramly burger patties to save time just kills the juiciness and moisture. ![]()
