  Hey guys

  I am having this heel pain for 2 months now. Doc says its a normal strain blah blah blah...

  Anything tat I can do to make it go away. Last night it affected me tat much it woke me from sleep!

  go to guardian or watson buy the jujuba (or jujubo something like that), the aloe vera gel...apply on ulcer.. it works very effectively for my friend (she tried and now stick to this brand).

  i apply on my rashes, it helps too :D
