did you see the overhead transducer on top of the F-5 cockpit that indicates the intergration of the rumoured elbit systems DASH helmet and the python IV missile ? ....
I saw the new spyder SAM system on display .... does that mean the rapier is retired ? ....

saw something on the cockpit there.Should be over the SAM.

well ... hope we're getting the python V soon too ......
it's said the python V was not offered for foreign sale as it's the best stuff country x had ... but if they would integreate that into the spyder and sell it overseas .... it only makes sense ....

any case many are surprised the F-5 is still in service

F-5 cheap to run and maintain mah ..... it was designed as such ....
so it makes sense to keep a squadron of them to scramble after stray crows, UAVs or civilian cessnas that stray into our airspace ....

i finally see the C130 upclose and played the C130 simulator.
and yah, that was the plane who forsaken us at Padang earthquake 2 years ago..

I remember the first time I had to take the charlie 130 .... after two hours I got up and asked the load master where's the loo ..... he lead me to this metal ice cream cone like thing beside the rear ramp ..... no doors, tap to wash afterwards either ...

2nd, i confronted an official who "bullied" my fd's son..he din give him the goodie bag and even taking away the litle boy survey form (to exchange for goodie bag).
His reason, one family one bag,!... hey, I witnessed this guy (an indian) gave everyone one bag each, even an instance a family of 5 of his own race gets more than the family members) !!
I raised my voice and ask him why there is the double standard treatment., he quickly apologised to my fd's son and gave him a bag.. I noticed that his colleagues were smiling....he even tried rebuking me and said, i gave u one too".. I tell him:"yes, still any problem?" He meekly turned away and quickly walk off.

sometimes relax a bit.i find tat e more say we confront ppl when there's other ways to deal w/ it, e more such things will occur in our lives.

i saw really this cute pilot (major rank) giving out collar pins ..so patience.....he kept smiling and was polite to everybody, even so gentle with kids somemore..
that one i salute to him..

nah...that is the max lor.. i stood there and observe him doing the double standard thingy... taking giving out goodies bags while abusing standards...that is not right lor..
if it is one family one, everybody stick to that rules...
other give to those who q up and give the survey form, one form one pax one bag.
he chooses his audience.. he gives those he like/he knows more than one... and he saw my fd (an auntie and a really young boy), snatched their survey form and refuse to give them ... and ask them to move off.. that is discriminating!!

besides the goodies bag belong to the organisation, his job is to give out the goodie bags and make the public happy, not his nor authority to manipulateand abuse the event visitors...

wat to do... Actually in life, there's always diff type of ppl.There's ppl who would end up doing things w/ double standards one, some upstraight one.
As for the audience part, well I can say pretty true as I walked around today.

however on the happy note, the ms boys,. pilots and most pple did a great job.. all are courteous and they really interact with the public really well.. all are very helpful too..
everybody at the event were smiling...thats very nice... long time din see event, everybody is in happy mood :D
