Well, I just woke up from a power nap..... spent the whole day doing experiments before that, and that zonked me out....
My lower body is still aching from last Saturday's marathon, but on the whole I seem to be recovering faster as compared to previous marathons. Which, I suppose, is a good thing.
The next few races will be the Marina 21k in July, AHM in September and Newton 30k in October. Can't wait.

My next project is Beer Grilled Chicken
I need to tweak my Guinness Chocolate Cheese Cake Receipe but it's too rich so need a long break before next bake. LOL if not Chris will never lose weight and I need Kopio's help to finish it. Seriously I dunno how he can eat so much of the cake coz it's damn effing rich!
