  I did consider the five-patty version..... but that was too much like Epic Meal Time for me.

  Even the three-patty version filled me up to the brim when I started off on an empty stomach. The patties are much thicker than the wimpy fast-food ones.

  Anyway, I won't be eating this very often.... the next time I'll eat it will be if I happen to break my personal record for either the marathon or half-marathon.

  i think i'll go when i go below the 80kg level in my gradual weight loss programme..

  which kinda defeats the purpose if you think about it...
