must fight the zzzzzzzzzz mons..................
Man, this is crazy.....
I was going to sign up for the Singapore International Water Week. I dutifully filled up all the details....... until the payment checkout section stopped me cold.
They accepted three forms of payment:
1. Cheques (I shut down my chequeing account thanks to a massive fiasco I had with DBS last year)
2. Telegraphic bank transfers (last I checked, this was for overseas bank transfers)
3. 'Payment by invoice' (what, they'll send me an invoice and I pay them on the spot?)
I've just fired off an email to the organizers asking: 'Why can't you guys just use PayPal or online credit card payments like what you did in previous years?'
just got back home .....
was in senoko ... on the way home passed by the new woodlands water front and stopped to poke around ....
the new jetty looks gooooooooood
New fishing spot?

Yes it does!
Biking there was absolutely enjoyable!
But biking TO THERE from the nearest rental I knew of (Bishan) was a different story...it was challenging even for me, going by Thomson Rd.
Was supposed to go cycling with MPB yesterday but it rained cats and dogs :(
It looks like a cold wet night ahead
