I didn't realise the Gardenia Milk bread is from Malaysia.
I'll switch back to the hi-fibre soft bread.

tell you guys something a bit creepy ...
i love the milk tea drinks they sell at 7-11 and petrol kiosks ....
they usually have those 2 for $2.50 offer the other day, so I bought 2 bottles from a shell ...
drank one, and dumped the othe one into the freezer to get it cool faster ...
then I totally forgot about it ... till today ....
i dug it out from the freezer, and guess what ?!?! .... the contents is still liquid ! ... it never froze ! ....
I've done it with pokka teas and coffees before, and they always freeze over solid ... this one ... mine shine premium milk tea .... doesn't ...

I managed to solve the problem.
But it took me 4 hrs of cracking my brains out just to come up with the explaination.
Whew.
Time to call it a night and chill and continue tmr.
