these days dunno is it because TP rarely patrol...
slow moving van and lorry hogging the middle lane at 50 - 60km/hr.. There's no heavy loaded vehicle on the left lane...
worst is even loaded lorries are speeding..

They should just fine slow moving buses as well.
Last night I was in a convoy of 5 friggin slow moving KUBs. All travelling at 30km/h!
I cannot even decide if I should alight and try my luck with any bus that might prove faster since all were going the way I wanted.

Sometimes all it takes is clearing 1 traffic junction, the bus gotta slow down..
once it occured to me, and bus early by 4 mins...
but better not slow down on expressway.. kns

here's the advice my sis's then-boss gave her when she had to go to Dhaka for business:
- Do not eat the "chicken" - it's crow
- Do not eat the "beef" or "mutton" - it's dog
- Do not eat the "fish" - they're taken out from the open sewers
then my sister added a few more rules after the first trip:
- Do not go outside - there are armed thugs who will kidnap anyone not local
- Do not go less than 5-star hotel - it's equivalent to a 2-star hotel elsewhere
- Do not dress in anything less than totally covered up (if you are a woman) you will be stared really hard at by all the male locals
- If you dress totally covered up (if you are a woman) you will still be stared really hard at by all the male locals
- Local bottled water there smells strangely of something fishy and rotting
- Trust only imported bottled water

putting up pics of my visit to Melbourne...
this was one of the most delicious days... we had a sit-down sushi dinner prepared by a master sushi chef, Hiro Nishikura at Shira Nui in Glen Waverley...
when he did his stuff, you could see he was in his zone.. oblivious to everything, he just went for it, and prepared the best sushi i have ever had for 8 people..
best meal i ever had..

I'm getting fed up of (a) missing the morning 855 bus because it's "efficiently filled" and thus skips my stop, and (b) getting squeezed against the front door if I manage to board. The KNN CEO can go and stuff it. "it's whether they're willing to board or not" my ass, I don't even have a choice.
