  back in poly days when I was part timing at this snotty frog restaurant, creme brulee was the most ordered dessert ....

  they actually had someone doing this full time in the kitchen, with a big blow torch, burning the top ....

  First day of fasting.

  No lunch and no lunchtime gym sessions for the whole of August.

  Starting mass: 64.4kg. I wonder what I'm gonna weigh at the end of the month.....
