I bought myself a Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc last Saturday.
It cost me quite a bundle, but so far, I'm impressed with it.
My only gripe is that the battery goes down quite quickly.... but then again, I keep a spare micro USB cable at my work PC to handle that.

I had the misfortune of watching part of the NDP at my colleague's place. Why can't we have just the military parade like other sane countries? Do we need to come up with a new way of saying "we were once a backwater" every year?

Speaking of which.... the Penny Low saga has turned into an all-out soap opera.
First, Penny Low tried to FB in the middle of the National Anthem.
Then, some Filipino FT working for the National Heart Center trashed-talked Singaporeans on Penny Low's FB account. As a result, NHC announced that they would be taking action against that FT.
Now, her (Singaporean) husband has stepped forward and claimed that he has used his wife's FB account to trash talk Singaporeans.
And to make things even worse, the CSI teams of EDMW have dug up some downright seditious postings (involving him trash-talking Muslims) that he had made ten years ago.
Man. Even Desperate Housewives isn't this convoluted.
