And the rock pools actually contain meal size sea bass and also got squid and reasonable sized tiger prawns and edible sea snails (both the pointy and round ones)
remebered landing on some beach when i was a boy scout.spent only 45 mins there .dug out lots of lala and put them in 5 buckets as scoutmaster then told us.wow,,,,so much lala.vowed to go back there but didnt exactly know where the place is!!!didnt finbd any cockles pr any seafood.wow that place is a seafood haven!remebered looking at the sand.then i see lots of water shooting out from sand!and thats where i dug!!!they should preserve that region and the clams!!!i went around there trying to figure out where exactly it is but somehow all i saw were swamps and dirty polluted places that arent even beaches!

Yah.. but who notti, who good in the Night market alrdy like know le.
The Night Market drama I think starts moving away from 95% Hokkien scene alrdy.. Quite a lot of mixed Chinese & Hokkien..
i didn't enjoyed PD on the 2 times (or 3) i was there. prefer the east coast or sabah.
I like Semporna :D
Reminds me of Desaru....
It was a promising getaway spot for both Singaporeans and Johoreans, but eventually it simply faded away into obscurity.

oh but desaru is thumping among anglers right now .... hordes of them drive up to desaru every weekend ....
will you guys go put in your two cents on what to prepare for the barbeque?
or what we should cater?

As it is a weekday I think catering is better. Just stick to the Halal caterer and we will bring the Non-Halal stuff seperately
I will be bringing a Chocolate Guiness Cheesecake as well

Yeah, but a pilgrimage site for anglers was certainly not what Desaru's planners had in mind.... they were at least thinking along the lines of Penang or Langkawi.
KTM now says it lost 30% of the pax aft the trains moved to Woodlands.

I never tried before but it could still be traditional brewed ones
Even the Malaysia traditional brewed ones are much darker and stronger flavoured to what we get here.
I think all the KTM tracks has been dismantled.
