orh, I saw that ... this weekend go back marine parade and look see ...
but hor, nowadays, fatumnette is caught up with this mainland modern drama .... "nan ren bang" ... it's a sitcom
very sophisticated storyline and dialogue ... makes channel 8 dramas very painful to watch afterwards ...

It's been years since I watched a channel 8 drama. Yes years.
And it's been a number of years too since I last watched/followed a chinese/korean/taiwanese/japanese drama. All too painful for me to watch.

try to look for the current mainland stuff on the pirates stream ....
the current stuff are a lot more sophisted and has a lot more depth than the squealing trash mediacock buys from them ....
coming from a guy who hardly watches television, that says a lot. I try to catch an episode of that with fatumnette every night.
I suspect it's either mediacock's got a budget problem, or broadcasters in other countries offload their ancient trash onto us, just like we do to others. I mean, wtf ... aiiiiiieeeee ?!?!?!?! ...

You know that Shakespearean quote about greatness? It's the same with fame:
- Some people are born famous (children of celebrities),
- Some achieve fame (which is the way you're looking at it... people deliberately doing things and selling stories to get into the tabloids, for instance), and
- Some have fame thrust upon them (because they happen to be good at what they do, like athletes).

It's a combination of insane timelines and ridiculously low budgets.
