  i got told by the caretaker of the place that i can only apply for one a month ahead of normal applicants 1 year after i check out of the place which means next year's can only be on Christmas Eve...

  i think next year's will have to be held somewhere else, so that in 2013 we can do this again if you guys want to...

  I've actually been to the bungalow before I think.

   

  Can't you apply 20 days ahead of normal applicants (instead of 1 month) for next year? 20 days ahead should still be pretty good chance unless you get snooped by others who can book 1 month ahead?

  I think you can go fishing on the pier nearby (based on recollection) if that is your inclination.
