  no really... it's a dragon year and people seem to think it's "good luck" to have children during the year... it's a phenomena seen by my folks who were teachers... LOADS of children fighting for places in schools...

  and these days, the schools take advantage of this and treat parents as free labour...

  so, go figure out which school, and start with the "volunteer" work...

  i have colleagues who started when their children were 3.. and they didn't get places in the school!

  well, to me, I honestly think that the secondary school is much more important .... there's really not much differentiation at the primary level .....
