I predict that a huge horde of them is marching down to his house as we speak with pitchforks and flaming torches.
Oh, and by the way, from what I read on the Sony website, all Xperia series smartphones will get an upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich in March or April.

just got back from watching people shop for CNY.
I did zero shopping and my mum's eyes bulged when I told her I had no intention of buying any new clothes.

i may need to go to the Sony Service Centre again.. i hope they can just let us upgrade it without the need to plug the damned thing into a PC...
or should i just leave it since it's working fine as it is?

think it's better that you bring it down to the CSC to get it updated to the latest firmware when you can but provided it's the official one & it's stable..

anyway, the last time there was an update, i took it to the Sony Service Centre and they did it for me free...
i can't do it myself because the Macbook Pro i use doesn't recognise the phone and will not do anything to it

CSC = Customer Service Centre
if it's still under warranty I'm sure the update will be done for you at no cost but after the warranty then I won't know how much Sony is gonna charge you. For Samsung, it'll cost $30 after the warranty expires..
speaking of ICS, I'm still waiting for it to be official firmware so that I can have it on my SGNote..
and hopefully, it'll be by this yr..

I just got the 2.3.4 firmware upgrade last month.
One fine morning out of the blue I got a notice on my phone informing me of the upgrade.
So I downloaded the firmware and let it rip.
I'm a bit disappointed with 2.3.4..... compared to 2.3.3, it seems to be using up more battery power.

Ok I can tell you one thing that the iPhone does not make sense
See the last time I threw my GS2...or should I say it flew out of my hands hit the wall and landed on the floor and the mic came loose so I had to send it to the service centre (btw the gorilla glass is amazing)
Anyway my friend lent me her iPhone 3G and I could not figure out for an hour HOW TO CREATE A NEW MSG WITH WHATSAPP.
Everytime I chose "Create Msg" and selected Contacts and the person to msg, it DIALS the number.
1 week later she told me she forgot to tell me with iPhone you have to select "Favourites" and not "Contacts"
Ok maybe I'm really dumb but isn't contacts the most logical thing you click on when you wanna create a msg >.<"

i thought it was just touch the pencil icon thing?
anyway, i use Android so i won't have a clue...
talking about phones, any good games to recommend? i've finished Destinia and it's a cute little free game which is like a little adventure game.. go kill monsters, complete quests, fight bosses, level up.. stuff like that.. something like the 1st generation of Zelda

Erhmm no idea coz I hardly game on my Android. I spend my time reading manga on Mango usually
